- First and most important is Chap's desire to create for you a portrait, which helps you, look your best and also which gently makes an expression of your character and personality. A portrait that your great great grandchildren will cherish and display with pride.
- Planning your complete sitting is one of the main differences, which makes Chap's work unique from other photographers. Chap takes time with you before, during and after the photography, planning everything, to help you learn what clothing is most complementary, discuss locations and even what colors in the portrait will match the room you will be displaying your portrait in. The time of day can be important for lighting as well as when the children are rested and fed. Chap will discuss this with you during your visit.
- Of course, the major reason for the unique sensitivity of the portraits is Chap. His enthusiasm, sincerity and true desire to create a lasting portrait of you, is his desire. His careful artistic eye for detail gives his photographic art a very special style unique to him alone.

SOME OF THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS ASKED BY CHAP'S CUSTOMERS
-
- How much deposit do you require?
Ans. We require $300. deposit unless special arrangements have been made.
- When do you require full payment?
Ans. Payment is due in full 20 days before the wedding. Payments may be made up until that time.
- If we cancel can we get our money back?
Ans. No, but we do give a gift certificate for the amount already paid.
- Can other prints be ordered that are not in the packages?
Ans. Yes. All prints may be ordered ala-carte.
- If I don't want an engagement or bridal picture taken do I have to pay for it anyway?
Ans. No. You will receive a $35. Credit for not having the sitting or may trade the would-be sitting for another service or prints.
- May I add a bridal or engagement sitting to a package?
Ans. Yes, and we have evening hours.
- On my wedding day when do you start taking pictures?
Ans. One hour before the ceremony everyone should be dressed for pictures. (The bride and groom are photographed at different times, unless you wish otherwise.)
- How many pictures do you take?
Ans. The volume of pictures does not reflect the quality. However, we generally take between 60 to 120 picture depending on the package ordered and picture opportunity (some of these are duplicates to cover blinks.)
- What pictures do you take at the reception?
Ans. We usually attempt to take a picture of the cake, the bride and groom with the cake for a portrait, the couple with a wine glass for a portrait, the first dance, the parents dancing with the couple, the garter and bouquet. If there is something special you would like just ask us.
- When do you leave the reception?
Ans. Usually following the throwing of the garter and bouquet the activities that make portraits are done, so we leave then, or when our time limit is up.
- How long is it before we get your preview prints to look at?
Ans. Usually about three weeks.
- How long may we keep them to decide what we want?
Ans. No more than 60 days, but if you need more time call us. This is covered in your contract.
